Barcelona
Barcelona is certainly one of the most popular European tourist destinations. It is a lively and above all exciting city with a strong cultural identity and a rich, almost tangible tradition of art and creativity. Barcelona is a place where you can spend your days in world-class museums and galleries or explore the maze of narrow streets, then enjoy distinctive local food and colorful nightlife after sunset. Barcelona is not a city where you will experience Spain in the true sense of the word, because the city is quite "European" with big crowds at every turn, but Barcelona certainly has something to offer. Arriving in Barcelona, you will notice that the locals mostly speak Catalan, but, of course, both Spanish and English. If you don't like crowds, choose autumn or spring as your time to visit the city. Although dinner at 11:00 PM sounds crazy here, it's completely normal :) Barceloneta is one of the best urban beaches, but at the same time it's also the busiest, so during the summer it is difficult to find a place on the beach, so for swimming we would recommend other beaches in Barcelona such as Bogatell, Mar Bella or Nova Icaria. Ciutat Vella - the old town is definitely the most visited part of the city, not without reason, but if you want to experience the "real" Barcelona, we recommend explore neighborhoods like Gracia, El Poble-Sec and El Poblenou. A trip to Barcelona is sure to be an adventure you'll remember.
