Alicante, a city full of history, culture and legendary nightlife, is truly one of the most important tourist destinations on Spain's east coast. Located in the center of the Costa Blanca, there is something for everyone. El Palmeral, located on the coast along the Murcia road, Lo Morant, which includes a hall where you can enjoy concerts and El Benacantil, with its extensive pine groves, located on the slopes of Santa Bárbara Castle. Alicante has a large list of attractions suitable for everyone, including the intriguing island of Tabarca located just off the coast. Alicante is known for its magnificent boulevards lined with palm trees and shopping streets. The original name of the city "Lucentum" translates as "City of Light".
